At Vapepie, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your vape purchase, we’re here to help. Please read the following policy to understand how returns, cancellations, and refunds work.
🚫 Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped or produced.
Once your order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.

Eligible: Orders awaiting shipment or production.

Not Eligible: Orders that have been shipped (tracking number generated).
 
If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

📦 Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
✅ To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
 - 
It must be returned in the original packaging (including all accessories).
 - 
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
 
⚠️ Please do not send your return directly to the manufacturer.

💰 Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are only charged for shipping once (this includes return shipping).
 - 
No restocking fee is applied to returned items.
 - 
In cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products, we will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or refund.
 
💳 Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay).
⏱️ Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared yet:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company — it may take several days to post officially.

Contact your bank as processing times vary.

🔒 Additional Notes

Used or opened vape devices cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.

For DOA (Dead on Arrival) or damaged items, please provide a photo or video proof within 48 hours of receipt — we’ll replace or refund immediately.
 -
